Dakitrack: A More Usable Fleet-Management Interface

A dashboard redesign that made live fleet information and common operator tasks easier to scan and act on.

The brief

Dakitrack needed to present dense, changing fleet information without overwhelming the people using it. Operators had to be able to understand status, find exceptions, and reach common actions quickly.

The approach

The redesign prioritised operational clarity. Information was grouped by decision, important states were made visually distinct, and common tasks were given a shorter route through the interface.

What was delivered

The resulting interface is easier to scan and gives operational information a consistent visual language. The component architecture also provides a stronger base for adding future fleet-management features without rebuilding the experience each time.
