At Webuildora, I respect your privacy and am committed to protecting it. This policy describes the information I may collect when you visit webuildora.com or use its forms and chat, and how I collect, use, keep, protect and share that information.

2. Information I Collect

I collect information that identifies you, such as your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number and website address, only when you choose to give it through a form, the plan request, the join-the-list form or the chat. If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics also collects usage data such as the pages you visit and your device type.

3. How I Use Your Information

• To reply to your enquiry and send the plan, quote or information you asked for.
• To tell you when DIY sign-up opens, if you joined the list.
• To provide the services you sign up for.
• To understand which pages are useful, only if you accepted analytics cookies.

4. The Chat on This Website

If you use the chat, your messages are processed by Webuildora’s chatbot platform and the AI providers it uses (such as OpenAI) to generate replies. Do not share sensitive information in the chat. If you leave your contact details, they are passed to me so I can reply.

5. Cookies

The site only uses analytics cookies if you click Accept all on the cookie banner. If you choose Essentials only, only what the site needs to work is used and no analytics cookie is set and the site works exactly the same. You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page.

• Your cookie choice: Remembers whether you chose Essentials only or Accept all, for 6 months. It is essential: it is how we remember your choice.
• Google Analytics: Counts visits and which pages are viewed, never your name or email. Only after you click Accept all, and removed if you change your mind.
• The chat: If you open the chat, it may keep your conversation together while you use it. This is essential for the chat to work.

6. Data Retention

I only keep your personal data for as long as necessary for the purpose you gave it, including any legal, accounting or reporting requirements. Enquiries that do not lead to a project are deleted after 12 months. Join-the-list details are deleted once sign-up opens and you have been told, or when you ask.

7. Your Rights

Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), and Moroccan Law 09-08 for visitors in Morocco, you have the right to:

• Request access to your personal data.
• Request correction of the personal data I hold about you.
• Request erasure of your personal data.
• Object to the processing of your personal data.
• Withdraw your cookie consent at any time, using Cookie settings.

8. Data Security

I have put in place measures designed to protect your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorised access, use, alteration and disclosure. Forms on this site send data over an encrypted connection.

You can complain at any time to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) in the UK (www.ico.org.uk), or to the CNDP in Morocco (www.cndp.ma). I would appreciate the chance to deal with your concerns first, so please contact me before you approach them.
