Every Webuildora chatbot runs on our own platform, the same one behind the chat button on this website. Here is exactly what it knows, how it answers, what it never does, and how we keep it right.
What it knows

Each business has its own configuration. The chatbot answers from that information only, so it does not invent prices, promises or policies.

On WhatsApp Business
Connected through Meta’s official WhatsApp Business Platform. It only replies to people who message you first, and anyone on your team can take over a chat at any time while the chatbot pauses.
