- Starter includes up to 200 conversations a month, Growth up to 400 and Pro up to 600. A conversation is roughly five replies.
- In a busy month you can add 1,000 more AI replies (about 200 conversations) for £19, or move up a level.
- You get an email at 80% and at 100% of your allowance. At the limit, the chatbot keeps taking visitors’ details so no enquiry is lost.
- WhatsApp: Meta’s 1,000 free messages a month per number are included. Anything above that is charged at Meta’s cost, with no mark-up.
Paying and cancelling
- Paid monthly by card. No setup fee and no contract.
- Cancel with 30 days’ notice.
- Want it done for you later? Managed has the same capacity as Pro, and we build, review and improve it every month.

02Do I need technical skills?+
No coding. You need to be comfortable writing clear answers about your business and pasting one snippet into your website settings.
03Can I remove the “Powered by Webuildora” badge?+
Not on DIY plans. Managed and Premium chatbots have no badge.
04Can I move to Managed later?+
Yes. Tell us and we take over: we review what you have built, improve it and look after it every month.
05Does it work on Wix, Shopify or WordPress?+
Yes. It installs with one snippet on WordPress, Wix (paid plans), Shopify, Squarespace, Webflow and custom-coded sites.
