With Managed, the full cost of implementing it is the £495 setup fee (free for the first 5 founding clients), then £199 a month. That covers building and training it, installing it on your site, AI usage within your allowance, hosting, updates and a monthly review. There is nothing extra to install and no developer to hire.
Yes. Every Managed and Premium chatbot is bespoke: trained on your own services, prices and policies, written in your tone, with lead questions that fit your business. It runs on our own chatbot platform using leading AI models, including OpenAI’s GPT models, so you get a GPT-powered chatbot without managing any of it.
Yes, and it does more than a fixed away message. It replies to every WhatsApp message in seconds, answers the actual question from your approved information, collects the customer’s details and passes the conversation to your team. A person can take over any chat, and the chatbot pauses while they do.
For written enquiries, yes: it greets people, answers questions, qualifies them and books them in or passes them on, on your website and WhatsApp. It does not answer phone calls. If most of your enquiries come by phone, tell us and we will be honest about whether it fits.
Often, yes. A new business usually has one or two people answering everything. The chatbot covers evenings and busy days, so early enquiries are not lost. If you have very little traffic yet, start with the DIY plan and move to Managed when enquiries grow.
