Payment & terms
With DIY you build and maintain the chatbot yourself in your dashboard. With Managed, we build it, train it, install it and review it every month. Premium adds deeper setup, reviews every two weeks, a connection to a tool you already use and same-day priority support.
You get an email at 80% and 100% of your allowance. DIY plans can add 1,000 AI replies for £19, or move up a plan. At the limit, the chatbot takes visitors’ details instead of going silent, so no enquiry is lost. On Managed and Premium we contact you before you reach it.
Meta’s 1,000 free WhatsApp messages a month per number are included. Above that, Meta charges for each message, and we pass that cost on exactly, with no mark-up.
Yes. Monthly plans can be cancelled with 30 days’ notice. There is no long contract.
After a short diagnostic call. You receive a written scope with the price and timeline before any work starts. The price depends on what the system needs to do: users, integrations, data and automations.
Self-serve plans are paid monthly by card. Managed and Premium are invoiced monthly. Project work is invoiced with a 50% deposit before work starts and the balance on completion.
