- Up to 600 conversations a month (about 3,000 AI replies). Most small businesses use far fewer.
- We contact you before you reach the allowance and agree the best option with you. At the limit, the chatbot keeps taking visitors’ details so no enquiry is lost.
- WhatsApp: Meta’s 1,000 free messages a month per number are included. Anything above that is charged at Meta’s cost, with no mark-up.
Paying and cancelling
- £495 setup, then £199 a month, invoiced monthly.
- Founding clients: the first 5 Managed or Premium clients pay no setup fee, and their monthly price is fixed for 12 months, in return for an honest review and a short case study.
- Cancel with 30 days’ notice. No long contract.

01What happens in the monthly review?+
We read the conversations from the past month, fix any answer that was wrong or missing, add anything new you have told us, and send you a short report: conversations, leads and questions it could not answer.
02Will it make things up?+
It answers only from information you approve. When it is not sure, it takes the visitor’s details and hands over to your team instead of guessing.
03Do I need a new website?+
No. It installs with one snippet on WordPress, Wix (paid plans), Shopify, Squarespace, Webflow and custom-coded sites, and we install it for you.
04Can a person still reply on WhatsApp?+
Yes. Anyone on your team can take over a WhatsApp chat at any time, and the chatbot pauses while they do.
05Which languages does it reply in?+
English and French. We do not offer Arabic or Darija until they are properly tested.
