Webuildora Chatbot Platform: How Our AI Chatbots Work

The brief

Most small businesses that want a website chatbot face the same choice: a self-serve tool they have to set up, train and maintain themselves, or nothing. We wanted a third option, a chatbot built and looked after for them, and that needed a platform we control end to end.

The platform had to let us train each chatbot only on information a business has approved, install it on any website with a single snippet, and pass enquiries to a real person when the chatbot should not answer.

The approach

Founder Mossab Irbaiyne designed and built the platform as Webuildora's own product, and it now runs every chatbot we deliver.

• One configuration per business: its services, prices, opening hours, common questions and the topics it must never answer
• Answers drawn only from that approved information, with a hand-over to a person when the chatbot is not sure
• Lead capture built in: name, contact details and the visitor's question, passed to the business
• A lightweight embed script, so the chatbot installs on WordPress, Shopify, Squarespace, Webflow, paid Wix plans and custom-coded sites
• English and French replies, for businesses serving the UK and Morocco
• Loaded a few seconds after the page appears, so it does not slow the first page load

What was delivered

A working chatbot platform that lets Webuildora take a business from first call to a live, trained chatbot within a week. The chatbot on webuildora.com runs on it: open the chat button on any page of this site to try it.

Because we own the platform, updates are part of the monthly plan. When a client's prices, services or hours change, we change the chatbot's information for them.
